Brand new pitt boss

Trying to do an initail burn off, but won't get above 106.
Primed auger
Weather Temperature in 80s
Auger is turning, stops, starts again
Plenty of smoke billowing out

Please help

Unplug. Clean all that out and start over.
Watch it light put flame plate in and wait for the roar of fire.
