Workin on another appetizer. Slice off a big chunk of bologna and chris cross cut almost through. Put it on top of a chunk of wood, season it up and smoke it.

I used chipotle sea salt and honey bbq rub with a honey chipotle rum bbq sauce from Pepper Palace. I thinned the sauce and started painting as soon as I started to see color.
 
How did it taste? Would you do it again? It looks very good and original.
Must of been purdy good cause my son ate almost half of it and he ain't ever ate bologna. LoL I'll definitely do it again because I like bologna. No tellin how it'll seasoned next time. LoL
