Banana muffins

Smoker at 350 no water in pan placed on mid level rack competition blend
3 large bananas mashed
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons butter melted
1 large egg
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Measure all dry ingredients into bowl and stir
Mash bananas add sugar vanilla butter milk and egg mix then add all dry ingredients do not over mix
Divide into lined muffin pan makes 12
Bake 25-30 minutes test with toothpick when it comes out dry they are done
