Hello all! I have had my Austin XL for more than a year now. It has been my all time favorite grill, way surpassing my Weber that now sits forlornly quiet and unused.
I generally do Boston Butts for pulled pork - don't eat it myself, but others love it. I also do beef briskets, steaks, chicken, and about anything else commonly done on a grill.
I make my own rubs and marinades, but would love to learn some more. Lately I have added butcher paper and purchased better knives.
