Auger keeps sliding backwards bumps Wall

Auger wiggles it's Way backwards until fan hits the sidewall and quit spinning. When the auger turns it slides backwards. You can see from the video when the auger turns and the motor flip-flops back and forth. I tried to tie a knot in the wires so it could not go backwards but the motor keeps rocking and it doesn't look right.
