At what point should the fan

Turn on?
Started up, waited 7 min and still no fan.

Fan led is on but it's not turning.

So I powered off, 5 min later the fan comes on while it's doing the shutdown. So I power it back on and the fan is staying on. Not sure that's how it's supposed to work. LOL

I have a vertical smoker and it stays on once I start it until I shut it off and it goes through the cool down.
Any loose wires maybe to make a bad connection?

Doesn't appear to be.
I would think if it was wire lose/connection issue, it would act differently.

Temp discrepancy is just bad.

Actual after 30 min of run time at 375

On my 850 the fan comes on as soon as I hit the start button and stays on until I turn the unit off.
