Anyone smoked jerky on pellet grill?

I don’t have an official smoker, but my grill has the smoke setting. Been wanting to try jerky on it. Has anyone had success with this?

Low and slow
I’ve done it on the grates or foil pan. Both were great

heck yes low and slow just watch temp and how the meat feels as for moisture so its not over cooked and dry

Many times now. I set the temp around 170 and periodically rotate the racks full of meat strips. Rotation is called for due to uneven temps in the chamber.
