I found a spiral ham in the freezer, thinking that will be the ticket. It'll just be the wife and I so the beverages will be ....... more prominent than the meat.

Turkey here, last Thanksgiving I was in the hospital with pneumonia, and the wife cooked it a gave it to my kids, she froze some for when I got home nine days later. I'm looking forward to staying healthy and cooking a turkey like I always do.

I havent done a pork belly burnt ends cook yet but watching some videos of peoples recipes just makes a man drool.

Nothing here this year. Last year smoked a turkey in the snow. This year taking the way way out. Buying a smoked/cooked turkey and warming it up in the oven
