Yep, just bought and assembled a new 1150, first burn in will be tomorrow then we'll start to figure out how to cook on this puppy. Up to now been using an electric smoker so this will be a learning experience for sure, been reading all the different threads for a few days, good info here. Only question I have at present is: how do you maintain moisture during a smoke, do you spritz, wrap, or use water in some way, or is there no need for that? Or, does it just depend on the meat and time? Thanks to everyone on the forum.
