I have a question that I am stumped on, so I thought I would throw it out to the Group for help.

Next week I am invited to a neighbor's home for lasagna and a traditional Italian meal. Of course I will bring something besides wine, I am Italian after all.

But I want to cook something, probably smoke something, and bring it over, but I am having a hard time in figuring out what to make

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

How about smoked cream cheese? Look it up on YouTube if you haven't heard of it. Warm smoked cream cheese with crackers is always a hit for me.

Good stuff Smokey. I grabbed a lb of burger and one of sausage from the freezer and thought, hmm smoking a pile of meat balls. Pinwheels much more creative.
