Alerts on New App - App developer Please read

In the beginning of the app I was getting alerts and now I’m not and I have the latest version, ending with a 3. Im thinking the last version update may have put a bug in the alerts because like I stated before this update, alerts were working and also my buddy has the app but his version ends with 2 and he gets updates. I have the IPhone 12 and yes all settings everywhere are turned on, so I’m thinking it’s something with the latest update based on the version I have and the version a friend has.

I just checked and last update was 3-5 and was 1.0.2? I know the last number was a two (pretty sure first were a 1.0.) so not sure on the .3 version you see.

In my iPhone it says 1.0.3

The latest version is the one in the pic above 1.0.3. If your version ends with a 2 you don’t have the newest version.

I have 1.1.0 and I’m getting server errors this morning. I can’t connect to my Grill

Im getting server errors as well….on iPhone there was a version update last night, I just noticed that before my last post a few minutes ago.

See pic new version updated 19 hours ago, I just looked, see things about the graphs everyone was hoping for but nothing about alerts. Hoped they fixed the alerts makes no sense to set a probe temp and not be alerted when it’s reached. If we have to keep looking at the phone to see when we hit our probe temp what’s the point of having to set a probe temp mark.

Well so much for using the app today. Debating on just deleting the POS. Good thing I don't depend on it for temps!

Are you getting server error if you try to open the app?

So on iPhone you can see what apps were recently updated, this morning it showed it was updated 19 hours ago, I just looked now and it’s not in the recently updated list so wondering if they removed the update due to whatever error is going on….for iPhone anyone.

App is working now. I just was able to log in and yes there a new version number for iPhone…version 1.1.0 last version was 1.0.3

Mines this version and it is working fine today.
