850DX - Power Light on but will not power up

Brand new 850 dx after performing the burn off i turned it off and now it will not power up but the power button is illuminated

Interesting, contact customer support. I have been eyeing this model for the past few weeks and waiting for a price drop. Was $399 on Father’s Day and on sale now for $499 but waiting for another price drop.

No idea why it would work and now won’t. Call the PB help line (don’t have the number off hand but it is here in multiple threads).

First thing I would try is to unplug it then try again.

I have a 850 DX and have the same problem in that it won’t start with the first push of the on button. I disconnect the power and plug it right back in (gives me some unknown error code dll ) and pressing the on button as the code clears causes it to fire right up. Not the best solution but seems to work. Shutdown is not a problem.
