3 Temp gauges. 3 way different Temps

The PitBoss 700FB is maintaining a better temp this week but the gauges are really far off. It’s strange because last week they were all reading exactly the same.
I have an oven Thermometer inside in the back on the far right. (250*)
The PitBoss lid Thermometer (210*)
The PitBoss digital Thermometer on the control panel (240*).
It’s only the 2nd time using the unit.
How can they all match last week but this week they are all different??

I had the same issue before and it always comes down to weather or Pellets. Was more windy that day, was the grill exposed to the sun more than last time. Did you change pellets?

That would make a lot of sense but unfortunately the weather was the same, no wind. I was also using the same pellets, PitBoss competition blend. Thanks for the reply. Looking forward to this weekend’s smoke.
