2nd cook, but 1st brisket on PB1150.

Well, I did a couple of ribs and spatchcocked chicken yesterday, now, is my 1st attempt at brisket, 14lb of wagyu , and it will be a very expensive mistake if it doesn't turn out right. Gonna throw it on the grill at midnight, and have the in laws over for my birthday dinner.
I hope that I have trimmed it ok.... lol

Looks like you did a nice job with the trim
 
Well, just cut and served, the flat was a little dry (to me), the point was amazing. The family loved it, even my 4yr old is tucking in, and she turns her nose up at everything....
