1st time poster, need a little advice

Just purchased the Pro 850. I have the new Pitt Boss app installed on IPhone, updated the app and the grill. The app finds my grill but when I try to manage the grill a white screen message about fine tuning appears (see attached file).
It wants the temp manually set at 230 and the app will recognize it. Well it won’t recognize, I have tried rebooting the grill, removing and re-installing the app, nothing.
Thoughts?

Folks, I called Pitt Boss and left my number never expecting a call back. Well they did!! It’s apparently a software issue in the app that they are aware of since the update. They already have a patch and are releasing it in the next couple days.

I have the same exact problem. I’m hoping Pit Boss will fix the problem.
 
The Austin XL PB here, maybe just a year old. The digital temp board is out. It flickered off and on for a couple of months, then completely went dark.
Has anyone else had this issue? If so, do you know a fix?
This is my husbands main stove. Lol
He loves this thing!
Are you saying that the temp display is now dark? My display went dim after a few months (Austin XL from 2023), and Pit Boss replaced it. It worked the entire time, but was hard to see what I was doing.
