Man food !!! Looks fantasticGreat results, 200 for 4.5 hours then ran temp up to 450 for 5 minutes each side to sear. Pulled it at 230 degrees. I used Kosmos SPG and fresh thyme cooked with Bear mountain Hickory. Absolutely fantastic!!!

It was 6lbs. The only regret I had was that I was impatient and didn't rest it long enough as you can see in the photo, alot of the juices ran out. It was still fantastic though.LOL....How big was it? Tell me more....
