So I've had my 1600 for a year now and it is shutting down on its own. I talked to a tech and they said it was the circulation fan. They sent a new one and I installed. Powered up the screen came on for a few seconds and immediately powered off. So realistically. I don't need all the fancy wifi and stuff. It was bought for the extra cooking space. So here is my question. Can I use the controller off a 1100 pit to replace the one it came with. They have them on Amazon for 30 bucks. It should be straight forward other than controller size. What are yalls thoughts?
