Hey guys, I’m new to Pit Boss smokers, having only used a Weber Smokey Mountain before. I’m looking at the 1150G pellet smoker and was wondering a few things. For those that have one or are familiar, how do they go for maintaining temperature? I know all smokers will fluctuate a bit due to weather, but is this model good or bad at maintaining temperature on cold days?
Also, what’s the capacity like? Is there enough room to do 2 or 3 pork shoulders at once?
Any help you guys can offer would be greatly appreciated.
