Does anyone have a good very low carb sauce for ribs, I’ve tried no sugar sweet baby rays it’s isn’t bad but doesn’t cook that well. Trying to stay away from sugars and what not.

So cleaning the boss today and noticed this in my pellet cup, wondering if that is causing smoke to get into hopper also notice of late it doesn’t get as hot as it used to maybe because it’s losing heat due to those holes.
Saw a pump sprayer at Lowe’s for $8. Is any spray bottle done for spritzing? None that I see specifically say food grade so I assume this one I see at Lowe’s should be fine? Anyone have good info on spritzing bottles. I tried it with water and it worked really good compared to traditional spray...
In the beginning of the app I was getting alerts and now I’m not and I have the latest version, ending with a 3. Im thinking the last version update may have put a bug in the alerts because like I stated before this update, alerts were working and also my buddy has the app but his version ends...
So I keep my Pitboss covered all the time today when I dropped the shelf there was water I have no idea how this coujd have happened it’s never gets wet with the cover off, when I took out the pellet cup to empty it was wet as well. Any thoughts please let me know. The cover looms tk bein fine...
Anyone know what’s in the competition blend unlike all the other bags there’s nothing saying what flavor woods are the blend. Also is the competition blend bags the same at walmart and lowes or does each competition blend at each store have different flavors.
So I have been getting a lot of smoke coming From the hopper I called Pit Boss and they told me I may need to get in where the auger is and clean out any sawdust anybody have a quick easy way to get to the order to be able to do this.
Is it ok or normal for smoke to be coming out of the hopper, I’m getting smoke coming from the barrel and exhaust as well but also from the hopper. Is there a way to stop or fix it. Thanks
Does anyone when smoking put the meat over the fire pot if there is room to put it to the left or right? Since that’s the hottest part of the grill wondering if anyone does that.

Have the 1150 and ERR started flashing during the cook…while this was flashing so was the ignitor light….called pit boss and they said it’s a problem with the ignitor but everything on the web. Says err means bad probe. Any thoughts on this?
For all the knocks against the pit boss it makes some mean brisket. I put on at 11pm go to sleep and never touch it until it’s time to wrap when it hit 165 internal about 10am the next morning...it’s truly set it and forget it. Everything I make comes out perfect.
I see you set an internal temp for the probe....does it alert you when it’s reached....mine has not so if it doesn’t what’s the point of being able to set a probe temp.
