How long does it take this grill to heat up to 350 degree on a day that is 42 degrees? And also on a day that is 60 degree? As long as no wind is present.

Mine takes 59 minutes,,, which I feel is to long, but no positive response from customer service

My answer - too long. It takes about an hour to get to 350 degrees which is way to long to me. I think I opened a support ticket last year but they essentially told me to make sure I am following the recommended steps for startup; which I was doing. I know that is not helpful but misery loves company ;)

My grill heated up nicely for a few months. But then the ignitor went bad. Replaced the ignitor using two sets of instructions - a YouTube video and a PDF, neither of which was for my grill. But it wasn’t difficult.
After completion, my grill took 2 1-2 hours to get to 380. I had it set for 400 and gave up as it would not go higher.
The next day I tried again and set it to 300. It took 50 minutes.
Love this grill. Or at least I did.
Urgh!!
Customer Service blamed the chimney cap. They say there should be at least an inch of light between the top of the chimney and the cap.
I don’t think it even goes that high, but will try next time and see if it makes a difference.
